Self-Compassion

Do you feel that your inner critic is always there, being cruel and impacting your self-worth and the quality of your relationships?


In my experience, shame is the most destructive and unnecessary emotion that we experience! Self-compassion is the wise counterbalance of the shame and self-criticism that we all have. Learning to relate to ourselves in a kind manner helps us see the inner-critic as a voice of warning not shame.
