Unresolved traumatic events in our life can wreak havoc on our quality of life in the here and now. Often people say they feel judged by others, anxious or sad a lot of the time, overwhelmed by emotions from anger to fear or they don’t feel like they’re in their body.

By being in a place where you feel comfortable and safe to look with kindness on how life unfolds after trauma, one begins to relate to their suffering in a way that is healing. By using a combination of western science and eastern wisdom we will find respite and growth on a middle path.
